Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging still intact.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we’ve made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your package gets back to us safely.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we’ve checked it over, we’ll send you an email update.
If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund right away — you should see it back in your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? No problem! Just email us at sistersshopportugal@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can make sure we have what you need.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at sistersshopportugal@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right quickly!
